Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT CARRIERS
usasega.com selects the most cost-effective carrier and shipping method for your order at the time of picking and packing, based on the option chosen during checkout. The carrier used may differ from the one selected by the customer at checkout but is chosen to match the type of shipping service purchased.
Transit time is an estimated range based on the distance between the delivery address and our fulfillment center. This estimate begins when the carrier receives the package and does not include the time required for order picking, packaging, and handling. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times are not eligible for refund for any reason.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All custom-made and personalized merchandise, such as custom apparel and bags, are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective custom item, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt.
Before ordering custom apparel, please consult the size chart on the product page, as apparel blanks can vary slightly in their measurements
RESTRICTED TERRITORIES
For the majority of our products, we are able to ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, select EU countries, and APO/FPO addresses. Items that cannot be shipped outside the United States will be clearly marked with a “US ONLY” label on their respective product pages.
If your country is not listed among those we currently ship to, we sincerely apologize for our inability to serve you at this time. This restriction is typically due to limitations in our licensing agreements for selling goods in those territories.
UK & EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you believe there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team promptly. You can review your relevant consumer rights here . We are committed to addressing your concerns within the framework of applicable laws.
SHIPPING COST
The final shipping cost for your order is calculated based on the total weight of the items, the destination shipping address, and the selected shipping service (e.g., economy, standard, expedited). This total cost is displayed and finalized at the checkout stage. Once a package has left our warehouse, shipping fees are non-refundable.
SHIPPING DISCOUNTS
We periodically offer promotional discounted or free shipping options. When such a promotional shipping method is selected, your order will be shipped via our Standard Shipping service. Please be aware that these promotional shipping options can sometimes experience longer than expected delivery times.
ADDRESS FORMATTING
All address entry fields have a character limit of 30.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and correctly formatted shipping address. All addresses are verified; an invalid or incorrect address will delay order processing and may prevent delivery. We cannot offer refunds for orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout.
ADDRESS ACCURACY AND ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy and format of the shipping address submitted at checkout.
We process most in-stock orders within 24-48 hours, leaving a very short window to successfully modify a shipping address. For orders containing pre-order items, customers must notify us promptly of any address changes.
Address change requests have the highest chance of success if submitted before an order has begun its fulfillment processing.
Address change requests cannot be completed for an order after it has been shipped.
PACKAGING
Apparel items are shipped in either a soft mailer envelope or a box, depending on the quantity ordered. Within the United States, lithographs, posters, and similar artwork are carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy protective tube. Orders containing both apparel and artwork are typically shipped in separate packages, which may arrive at different times. If a substantial amount of time has passed and you have not received tracking information, please contact Customer Service.
SHIPPING LARGE ITEMS
Oversized items, such as large statues or collector’s editions, are shipped in their original manufacturer’s box. These items may incur an additional shipping charge and are often packaged and shipped separately from other items in the same order.
PREORDER SHIPPING
Orders that contain any PreOrder item will not ship until all items in that order are available in our warehouse. We do not split-ship orders. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, you will need to place a separate order for them.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Please note that only shipments with final delivery handled by USPS can be delivered to a P.O. Box address. Additionally, comprehensive tracking may not be available for some international orders.
CART PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS
Certain large or bulky items may be flagged with a “CART PURCHASE RESTRICTION.” These items must be the only product in your cart at checkout. This restriction is usually in place because the item’s packaging is so large that shipping it with other products would be prohibitively expensive.
Having another item in your cart alongside a restricted product will prevent you from selecting a shipping option at checkout. Once other items are removed, you should be able to proceed with selecting a carrier normally.
